We have been accustomed to using the mouse on a computer, but what if the mouse does not work, can’t be connected, or your touchpad quits working but you don't have a Bluetooth mouse available? How can you use the keyboard to control the mouse for afterwards operations? Let’s get started.

To resolve more mouse cursor issues:

Use Mouse Keys to control cursor without mouse

Mouse Keys is a feature in Windows that allows you to use the numeric keypad on your keyboard to move the mouse pointer and perform mouse actions, such as clicking, double-clicking, dragging, and dropping. Mouse Keys can be useful if you have difficulty using a mouse or if your mouse is not functioning properly. To enable Mouse Keys in Windows 10, follow these steps:

Step 1: Press Alt + Left Shift + Num Lock keys on your keyboard. A dialog box will appear asking you if you want to turn on Mouse Keys.

Step 2: press spacebar or Enter to select Yes.
