Wireless keyboards from Logitech are practical and simple to use, but they need some basic setup before you can enjoy typing without wires. There are two main types of Logitech wireless keyboards: Bluetooth and Unifying. Bluetooth keyboards can pair with any device that supports Bluetooth, such as laptops, tablets, or smartphones. Unifying keyboards use a small USB receiver that plugs into your computer and allows you to connect up to six compatible devices. In this article, we will show you how to connect both types of Logitech wireless keyboards.

How to connect a Logitech Bluetooth keyboard

Step 1: Make sure your device has Bluetooth enabled and is in pairing mode.

Step 2: Turn on your Logitech keyboard and press the Bluetooth button on the top right corner. The LED light will start blinking blue.

Step 3: On your computer device, search  Bluetooth in the search bar and  open Bluetooth and other devices settings. Then click Add Bluetooth or other device.

Step 4: Select Bluetooth.

Step 5: Look for the Logitech keyboard in the list of available devices. Tap or click on it to pair.

Step 6: You may need to enter a PIN code that appears on your device or keyboard. If so, type it on your keyboard and press Enter.

Step 7: The LED light on your keyboard will turn solid blue when the connection is successful.

How to connect a Logitech Unifying keyboard

Step 1: Make sure your computer has a USB port available.

Step 2: Plug the Unifying receiver into the USB port. You may see a notification on your screen that the device is ready to use.

Step 3: Turn on your Logitech keyboard and press the Connect button on the bottom. The LED light will start blinking green.

Step 4: On your computer, go to the Logitech website and download the Logitech Unifying Software. Run the software and follow the instructions to add your keyboard to the receiver.

Step 5: The LED light on your keyboard will turn solid green when the connection is successful.

How to troubleshoot wireless Logitech keyboard not working

Check the hardware status:

1. Check the battery level of your keyboard. If it is low, replace the batteries or recharge them if they are rechargeable.

2. Make sure your device or computer is within range of your keyboard. The optimal distance is about 10 meters or 33 feet.

3. Make sure there is no interference from other wireless devices, such as routers, microwaves, or cordless phones.
