1. Check whether the computer has a Bluetooth adapter

Not all computers come with a built-in Bluetooth adapter. If your computer doesn't have one, you'll need to buy an external Bluetooth adapter and plug it into your computer's USB port. You can check whether your computer has a Bluetooth adapter by:

(1) On the taskbar, right-click the "Network" icon, if you see the "Bluetooth" option, it means that your computer has a Bluetooth adapter.

(2) On the keyboard, press the "Win" key and "R" key, enter "devmgmt.msc", click "OK", open the "Device Manager", if you see the "Bluetooth" category, it means that your computer has a Bluetooth adapter.

2. Turn on the Bluetooth function of your computer

If your computer has a Bluetooth adapter, you need to install the Bluetooth driver first, you can use "Driver Talent" to automatically detect and install the driver.

(2) On the keyboard, press the "Win" key and the "A" key to open the "Action Center", find the "Bluetooth" icon, and then select "On" or "off".

3. Add and connect Bluetooth devices

If your computer already has Bluetooth enabled, you can add and connect Bluetooth devices in the following ways:

(1) On the keyboard, press the "Windows" icon, select "Settings", then select "Devices", under the "Bluetooth and Other Devices" TAB, click the "Add Bluetooth or other Devices" button, then select the "Bluetooth" option.

(2) Wait for the computer to search for available Bluetooth devices, if you see the Bluetooth device you want to connect, select it, then click the "Connect" button, and follow the prompts on the screen.

(3) If you don't see the Bluetooth device you want to connect to, you can try the following:

  • Make sure your Bluetooth device has Bluetooth enabled and is in a discoverable state.

  • Make sure your Bluetooth device is no more than 10 meters away from your computer and that there are no other interfering signals.

  • Make sure your Bluetooth device is fully charged and not connected to another device.

  • Restart your Bluetooth device and computer, then try adding and connecting again.
