How to solve Windows 11 system crash, which is concerned by a lot of users when they first encounter the problem. 1. Enter safe mode. Safe mode is a boot option that allows Windows 11 to run with a minimum of drivers and services, thereby eliminating some of the factors that can cause the system to crash. To enter safe mode, hold down the Shift key while the computer is booting, then select the "Power" icon, then select "Restart." After the restart, choose Troubleshooting > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart. After restarting, press F4 to enter safe mode, or F5 to enter safe mode and enable network.

2. Check hardware problems. If you suspect that there is a problem with your computer's hardware, such as memory, hard disk, graphics card, etc., you can use the diagnostic tools that come with Windows 11 to detect and repair it. To use the diagnostic tool, you can open Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart Now in safe mode. 3. Update or roll back the driver. If there is a problem with your computer's drivers, such as outdated, incompatible, or corrupt, it may also cause the system to crash.
