1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- ✓ Technical Issues: If Driver Talent fails to function as advertised after troubleshooting with our support team.
- ✓ Duplicate Purchases: Accidental multiple purchases of the same license.
- ✓ Non-Delivery: If you don't receive your license key within 24 hours of purchase.
Note: Refunds are not provided for:
- • Change of mind after purchase
- • Failure to meet system requirements (listed on our website)
- • Partial use of the software (e.g., used for 1 month of a 1-year license)
2. Refund Timeframe
- • All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days (timing depends on your payment method).
3. How to Submit a Refund Request

4. License Deactivation
Upon refund approval:
