We stand by our product. Learn about Driver Talent's refund conditions, process, and contact details for hassle-free returns.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. ✓ Technical Issues: If Driver Talent fails to function as advertised after troubleshooting with our support team.
  2. ✓ Duplicate Purchases: Accidental multiple purchases of the same license.
  3. ✓ Non-Delivery: If you don't receive your license key within 24 hours of purchase.

Note: Refunds are not provided for:

  • • Change of mind after purchase
  • • Failure to meet system requirements (listed on our website)
  • • Partial use of the software (e.g., used for 1 month of a 1-year license)

2. Refund Timeframe

  • • All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days (timing depends on your payment method).

3. How to Submit a Refund Request

4. License Deactivation

Upon refund approval:
