Solution 1. Make sure Borderlands 3 and windows are in the latest update status

Step 1. Settings - Device properties - Additional device properties.

Step 4. Restart Borderlands 3.
Solution 3. Make sure the default device

Step 1. Right-click the volume icon on your taskbar.
Step 2. Click “Sounds”.

Step 4. Run Open Sound Settings - Advanced sound options - App volume and device preferences.
