Step 7. Manually add IP address 8.8.8.8 to the Preferred DNS server and 8.8.4.4 to the Alternate DNS server.
Step 8. Use Windows shortcut keysWin + X.
Step 9. Select Command Prompt (Admin).
Step 10. Type ipconfig /release in the command window.
Step 11. Hit Enter to release the IP.
Step 12. Type in ipconfig /renew to obtain a new one.
Method 8. Temporarily disable security software
Sometimes, antivirus or firewall software may interfere with network connections or cause other problems.
