    Step 1. Right-click the Start button and then select Control Panel.

    Step 2. Click Network and Internet and then click Network and Sharing Center.

    Step 4. Remove all wireless connections by right-clicking on it and click Remove network

    Step 5. Restart your PC.

    Step 6. Once booted, it will scan for the available WiFi networks.

    Step 7. Click on the network that you want to access and click connect.

    Step 8. Type in your password and click connect.

    2. Forget the Wireless Network

    You could also try to forget the wireless network to fix the Internet not working problem in Windows 10. Take these steps:

    Step 1. Click the Start button and then click Settings.

    Step 2. Click Network & Internet.

    Step 3. In the left pane, click WiFi.

    Step 4. Click Manage known networks. You could view all the wireless networks that your computer knows.

    3. Reset Your Modem/Router

    If the above methods still can’t solve your Internet not working issue, you could try to reset your modem and router. Take these steps:

    Step 1. Locate the Reset button on your modem or router.

    Step 2. Press and hold the Reset button firmly for about 30 seconds to complete the reset process.

    Note: Reset your router to its default factory settings will also reset the password.

    Step 3. Unplug and plug the power cable of your router or modem.

    4. Uninstall and Reinstall Network Adapter Driver

    The faulty wireless network adapter driver could also be the culprit of Internet not working issue. You could uninstall and reinstall the network driver. Take these steps:

    Step 1. Right-click Start and click Device Manager.

    Step 2. In the Device Manager window, expand the entry Network adapters.

    Step 3. Right-click on the adapter you want to uninstall and click Uninstall.

    Step 4. Click OK to remove the adapter and uninstall the network adapter driver.

    Step 5. Once the uninstallation is complete, click the button Scan for hardware changes to search for and reinstall the correct adapter.

    Step 6. Reboot your PC.
